Meet My Best Friend, My Husband, My Love
Yesterday was our anniversary. A day that marks one of the best decisions my heart ever made. Not that it was much of a decision really. We fit together perfectly. There’s a line in an old Demi Moore movie ” The Butchers Wife” that is a perfect description. ” He is my split apart” , two pieces that once were broken then came together to make a whole.
My sweet Sparky ( Bob) is a Michigan man .Born in Maine but raised in Michigan.
He is fisherman, his favorite past time. 
An amazing Grandpa and he is intelligent, and still furthering his education ( in College).
We love to take spontaneous adventures together .
We both love the Oregon coast.
He has a goofy sense of humor and a bit of a dry wit. He is an amazing Grandpa too.
He has been mistakenly referred to as intimidating ( he is 6’4″ tall and about 245 lbs. ).But that falls away quickly once he speaks to you. He is warm and kind and a true gentle soul .He is my hearts song. I am grateful for our love.

A happy anniversary to you both and many more. 34 years for my sweetie and me. We were married at 6:45 am in a shelter house along the banks of a river with knee deep snow outside and a roaring fire inside. We wanted to get married at dawn – a start of a new day and a new life : D Congratulations you two !

My split half is my eternal love Bill. We have been married for 24 years. We recently renewed our vows in Ireland last month.
No other person I would rather spend the rest of my life with in this world.

Awww… What a sweet post. I found my split apart too, so I know what you mean. Bob sounds a lot like my hubby. A quiet man who it might take people a little effort to get to know, but once they do, they’re hooked! Hubs and I have been together for almost 30 years and I swear it doesn’t seem possible that it’s been that long. We love the coast too. (But for us it’s your hubby’s birthplace – Maine!)
