  1. WOW! It looks lovely there!! Flooding is such a huge problem this year–everywhere. Ugh. These are the days when I’m glad we don’t have a basement. The weather is so volatile this year in particular, isn’t it?

  2. Hi Katherine…
I love going for drives too!

  3. What a nice day trip!! I mean…who sees eagles when they’re just out walking?!…Uh!…You do!! LOL The water and the red rocks brought back to mind a trip my hubby and I took to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan a while back too! Very nice post! 🙂

    1. Hi sweetie it’s Echo Reservoir about 40 minutes from our home. Yes my sweet husband fishes all year round. The snow is still on the mountains here. It’s crazy. They’ve been talking about bikini skiing in the mountains not far from our home. Hugs

  4. What a super place, Katherine. Lovely to hear the laughter of the young ones having fun! How wonderful to actually see an eagle’s nest. Gosh, the water is certainly very high. Looks like you had a great day out.

    1. There are many lovely things to see where I live. So many tourists come to our area and we are fortunate enough to live in the middle of it all. 🙂
