You will be joining in our delicious anniversary dinner with this easy shrimp recipe for today’s meals on Monday Enjoy!

What You Need
1 1/2 Lbs large shrimp (tails on, peeled and deveined)
1 /4 Cup olive oil
2 Tbsp butter (unsalted)
2 Lemons (cut into wedges)
4 Garlic cloves (minced)
2 Tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
1 Tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash Spicy seasoning
Large Skillet
Lets Make It! Heat butter in skillet over medium heat when melted , increase heat to medium high and add olive oil heat for about 2 minutes, add garlic, and sauté until soft ( not browned) about 2 minutes. Add shrimp, parsley, and Mrs Dash stir well to coat, sprinkle with black pepper, cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp are bright pink and opaque, about 3 -5 minutes.
Serve hot, with lemon wedges on the side.
Katie’s Tid Bits* Raise heat to medium-high, and add 1/4 cup dry white wine after shrimp have cooked. Cover and let simmer on low for about 5 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated.

I could eat shrimp for breakfast, lunch and dinner 365 days a year…. I LOVE IT!!!! I can’t wait to try this….. Shrimp is definitely the way to my heart …thanks so much for sharing this… so glad I’m following your blog now….lol
