Carrot were the first vegetables my boys would eat willingly and they remain a favorite! We have expanded to red and purple carrots and they are starting to discover how each has its own unique flavor. What beautiful looking carrots you have! 🙂

I love raw carrots, Katie! When I was a boy it was not unusual for me to eat a large raw carrot as a snack between meals, alternate choices being apples and bananas. Have a wonderful WW, dear friend!
