It’s officially Christmas at our house. The stocking are hung ( Izzy’s is in the middle) , the lights are on, the tree has been trimmed. The sound of Christmas music is playing and I have visions of sugar plums a white Christmas dancing in my head. I’m sharing some of my holiday decor with you today. Just a few simple snaps from around our home. No fancy staging . So grab a cup of whatever makes you smile and warms your tummy….I love this time of year. I am rolled in happy and sprinkled with glitter! How is your holiday decorating coming along?
I’m starting with the living room and moving on to the stairway and on throughout the house.
In the Kitchen ( the pecan pie was for a special request from my grandson for his birthday on Wednesday)
The Christmas tree in the daylight and in the evening
lastly our sweet Izzy wandered in and placed his bone by the tree……sigh…so love that little guy!

Your home looks beautiful, Katie. The decorations are in good taste and instantly warm the heart. I wonder what Izzy thinks now that you have transformed his living quarters for the holidays. It was nice to see pictures of your lovely family on the mantle and to look out your window at the scenic splendor that surrounds you. Here in 80+ degree Florida, all I can do is dream of a white Christmas.
