Perfect Day For A Picnic
I’m enjoying a day with my wonderful husband today.We love picnics. But before I share some great picnic ideas and recipes I want to acknowledge Memorial Day for what it truly represents. Remembering the men and women who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces.
Also I am extending gratitude to all those who serve, their families and loved ones.

I love the idea of a picnic, unfortunately, this time of year already has more heat than I can take. Hope you enjoy yours!
Have an awesome Memorial Day! I thinking about My grandfather, and others on both sides of my and my husband’s families who were in the World Wars and served in the military. Love all of the ideas for the picnic, especially the ideas with berries!
I love that melon fruit bowl idea, Katie. If I went on a picnic I would choose fresh fruits and vegetables, perhaps some homemade potato salad, white meat sandwiches and unsweetened iced tea. Have a safe and restful holiday, dear friend!
