Tea For One

 Tea For One

It was a lovely day, the sun was shining bright in the afternoon sky, not a cloud to be seen. There was a slight breeze that carried the fragrance of the garden flowers in my direction. Just enough of a breeze to keep the temperature tolerable. I set a pretty table and I sat and had a spot of tea.

Alone with my thoughts ( Izzy was asleep in a shady spot). I kept thinking about how nice it would be to have you all here with me. You, my bloggy friends. Gathered together around a much bigger table.

A lively discussion between sips of tea and bites of biscuits.

Have a beautiful weekend my friends. Smile often and have a cup of tea for me.

  8. Tea i.s really good and I should drink it more often. Maybe I will sit down and have a cup later and think about how nice it would be to be able to sit down with Bloggy friends. And also, I wish I could do the same with a sister who lives a few states away from me. We keep saying we wish we lived closer to each other so we could have coffee or tea or hot chocolate, go shopping and just spend more time togetther. Sisters and friends are the greatest.

  9. I love sitting outside with a glass of iced tea. =)

Looks lovely :). This is the very type of thing I would do! Tea is even better with a friend, but it’s nice sometimes to have some peaceful me time with a good cup. Herbals are my favorite!
