Bluebird Day Thursday Favorite Things Link Party-
Its a bluebird day in our part of Utah today. Puffy cotton candy clouds floating in a blue sky. My husband has always called days like this bluebird days. For me this is the perfect temperature just cool enough to wear a cardigan but warm enough to play outside with our sweet fur baby Izzy. Hubby and I love walks at this time of year. Leaves are changing, children are wearing hats instead of a shorts. Well some wear them both at the same time. Have you ever seen someone wearing shorts, sandals and a winter parka? Silly but ready for anything I suppose.
Some of the Katherines Corner readers and blog family members have been in harms way of the hurricane. Please join me as I bow my head and pray for their safety and ask for strength as they rebuild after loss. The weather in the east has affected many. Please include them as well.

Hi Katherine! I really think you’ve got a beautiful blog! I like things that are so beautifully feminine.
Well, we live in north Alabama and it’s still reaching 80 + degrees. I was wearing shorts and no shoes, with the garage doors wide open, while trying out my homemade milk paint today. (BTW, I did the paint all wrong and have to try again tomorrow.)

Kids often dress that way at school down here – they’re chilly in the morning walking to school or at the bus stop, but they know that by the time the sun comes up and they have PE or recess, they’ll be hot and need to be in shorts again! Have a great week!
