New Book Club Selection For April, Bloom By Kelle Hampton

Oh my goodness we only had two “offical” votes for the April book and we have 42 book club members……sigh, do you think the shine may be wearing off on our wonderful book club? I sure hope not. I did hear from a few off you and there was very little interest in the book selection this month ( thank you to those that did vote however) . So, I’ve done something wild, something crazy, something out of the ordinary!!!

I selected the book. That’s right, I did it!  I cant wait to read it! The book for this month is not even one that was listed ( see above sentence about lack of interest) .Instead I have chosen Bloom by Kelli Hampton as our book club book for April. I hope you will join me in reading it. I look forward to your comments and I will be sending emails to all of the book club members announcing the selection. If you are not a member of our book club you are always welcome to join. Lets see if we can get it shining bright again.

Click the book to purchase or pick it up from your local bookseller.

Book Description from Amazon- Love me. Love me. I’m not what you expected, but oh, please love me. That was the most defining moment of my life. That was the beginning of my story.

From the outside looking in, Kelle Hampton had the perfect life: a beautiful two-year-old daughter, a loving husband, a thriving photography career, and great friends. When she learned she was pregnant with her second child, she and her husband, Brett, were ecstatic. Her pregnancy went smoothly and the ultrasounds showed a beautiful, healthy, high-kicking baby girl.

Will you read it with me?

First Day of Spring

The calendar shows it is the first day of Spring. But, unfortunately, here in Utah there isn’t much sign of spring outside.

I’m sharing a little wishful thinking with you by posting one of my photos from the tulip festival a couple of years ago.

Wishing you a beautiful spring! Do you have Spring weather where you are?
