Can you believe I’ve never seen a parsnip before?!! They don’t grow here on our side of the pond.
This sound delicious! Thanks for posting. 🙂

This is an unusual one, Katie. It will be an adventure to try…thanks for getting me going!!!
Every time I buy parsnips the checkout person asks about them.
Great baked, too!
I have never tried parsnips mainly because I wasn't sure what to do with them and that does look wonderful.
I've never tried them but that looks tasty. Thanks
Hugs,

That recipe sounds good! I think me and my husband would like it …but would need to make them more mild for the kiddos.
Thank you for following me … I am following you back!

I love parsnips. I'm surprised at how many people have never had them.
That recipe is certainly something a bit different! I love parsnips, but usually just have them roasted. With those ingredients, I would think that the pancakes would be pretty spicy, or hot!
