We have been enjoying wonderful fresh green salads filled with butter crunch and romain lettuce. As you can see from the photos I took last night it is loving our warmer weather and growing well. Wow I am impressed with your lettuce garden, this will sound a bit silly but, we are getting some good mountain dirt this weekend, I am so excited, lol but maybe, just maybe I will be able to grow some good stuff.

Thanks for the party and yes we have romaine growing. We, too, have been eating lots of salads over here. Even when I’m feeling lazy, I just throw some romaine, shaved parmesan cheese and some homemade croutons (that I have stored) in a bowl – yum

NO lettuce in my garden. It just never tasted right. I did try to plant some tomatoes, cucumbers and radishes this year but unfortunately I do no think they have survived all this rain we have gotten.
