A Look Back
Something very therapeutic occurs when you take a look back at the closing year and anticipate all that a new year of possibilities has to offer. For me the year of 2015 is memorable not only because of my personal health challenges. But, by those of you who walked beside me (physically and figuratively) as I met and somewhat concurred them. Friends, family, my extended blog family, all of you who lifted me up in prayer, inspired me, encouraged me and who without saying a word, sent love from your hearts to mine. I am deeply grateful to all of you. Yes 2015 was tough, but I can still look back and smile.
In 2015 as my wonderful extended blog family grew. Katherines Corner and Katherines Corner Shops reached some goals and marked some milestones too. I look forward to sharing them with you.
I am truly happy to know that so many of you look forward to receiving my posts, giveaways and freebies in your inbox.

Right now, I am battling with a Sinus Infection that I have had since September 2015 that may be due to scar tissue growing across my nasal passage on the right side which is also affecting my breathing and untreated Psoriatic Arthritis. Also, may be suffering from Anemia.

I also have a Bone Tumor in my left leg that needs a follow-up on to see if it is growing or not. I have been waiting a 1 1/2 years for this MRI.

I have 3 valves in my heart that are leaking. I have what is called Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia (IST) and I am in the beginning of Heart Failure. I have also been having severe blood vessel like pains in my head that travel to my left ear that landed me in the hospital as it looked like I had had a Stroke. THey are calling it Hemiplegic Migraines for now. But no damage showed up on my Brain MRI which is great news I guess. These pains could be related to a truck wreck I was in on June 6, 1998.

I have Goals for 2016 of Relaunching my Blog but Folks, I will be honest, I need to focus on getting well right now. Plus, before Thanksgiving I misplaced a binder with our SSN cards in it and my hubby's birth certificate and I have yet to find it.

I enjoy your blog very much and I wish you much health, happiness and success for 2016. Losing my Mom this year has made it hard at times, but I am hoping 2016 will be a fresh new year for me.
