One Potato Two Potato-

three potato four, this weeks theme is …potatoes. I’m featuring four fantastic potato recipes to inspire your menu this week. We have been harvesting few potatoes from our garden. It’s early still but the new potatoes are delicious. Perfect for red potato salad or for a tasty side dish. I just boil the little ones with a pinch of salt and a sprig of mint. It is so simple and  tasty.
