On the Brighter Side
Hello friends, as 2021 comes to a close there is a stillness that has settled in. As I reflect on all that 2021 has been and how many have learned the value of patience, the need for brotherly love, and to count our blessings. It gives me prayerful pause, because we are still a nation divided. But, on the brighter side, we did enjoy the holiday season with family gatherings and holiday traditions reaffirmed. Oh, it’s our youngest grandson’s 12th birthday today! For those of you who are new friends, I have five beautiful grandchildren ages 12-22,and Grandma is my favorite name (smile).

I love re-reading your comments over the year, comments are always a bright spot in my day, thank you. It is a blessing to know how many enjoy spending time here at my little corner of blog land. Although some people have whispered that blogging is on it’s way out, I found comfort in knowing that my blog still remains relevant and is enjoyed by many lovely bloggy friends.
The Question
When I was teetering on the precipice of ending my blog you said no, and don’t go and I listened (smile).
I will continue to write and create things that bring joy for a while more (smile). I’m looking forward to sharing new DIY projects and recipes in 2022. Thank you for continuing to find inspiration and creativity here. Thank you for your kindness, your comments, emails, and subscriptions.
