Hubby loves breakfast burritos and they are so easy to throw together. All you need is, prepared scrambled eggs, sausage ( or bacon) and some hash browns on a tortilla, generously sprinkle with cheese roll it up and heat to melt cheese ( everything else is already cooked

I love eggs in many different recipes, shapes and forms! And I am so happy to see that somebody else uses their cast iron pan for eggs as well. I only use cast iron to make my eggs, well when they are cooked in a frying pan anyway. People tend to shy away from them for some reason.
Think I will definitely have to try the burritos! It is something I have never made but sounds delicious 🙂 And I think the whole house would love them too.

Breakfast is our favorite, and sometimes our *only* full course meal of the day. I definitely plan on making the ones I’m not familiar with! good food, for sure! thank you!!
