Many of my recipes are made with no common migraine trigger foods . It is important to know your triggers and to always review my recipe ingredients before creating the recipe for yourself or someone who suffers from migraines. Even though I make them with most common triggers omitted. Some people may still have sensitivities.

For Lemon/Lime Zest or Juice
Use half measurement of distilled white vinegar ( example 1 tsp. lemon juice = 1/2 tsp. distilled white vinegar)
Use leeks, spring onion, garlic scapes, garlic, or green onion ( equal measurements)
For Dried Fruits
Omit dried fruits
Use maple syrup
