Stack Them High

Hello friends, happy weekend wishes. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day ( this is not new information I’ve mentioned it before). I love breakfast for dinner, don’t you? One of my favorite breakfast foods is pancakes and I always say, “stack them high”. Here are 4 Amazing Pancake Recipes to try now.

My simple recipe uses Bisquick baking mix. If you don’t have Bisquick where you live you can also create a similar dry mix by sifting 6 cups of flour, 3 tablespoons of baking powder, and 1 tablespoon of salt into a bowl. Then, sift the ingredients in the bowl 2-4 more times so it’s fully blended.

One cup Bisquick, one cup milk, 1 egg, 1 tsp. baking powder. Whisk all together in a bowl and pour your desired amount onto a hot skillet. Flip when the edges of the pancake are dry. Repeat.
