Winter Rain

Dear friends, I’m sitting here (well, lying here really) waiting for class to start and looking out the window at the pouring rain. There’s something really calming about stopping to watch the rain cascade down your window. It opens your mind to a bit of day dreaming, it urges us to wear fluffy socks and wrap ourselves in our favorite throw. I really do love a rainy day.

I know it’s February and I should really be telling you all about how there’s something magical about the way the sun dances on the snow. Because there is. But… rain is what we have so rain is what I’m sharing. (smile)

It’s the perfect way to enjoy a second cup of tea this morning, too.
