I have been influenced by so many talented chefs. But, I often feel like a “mad scientist” when I am creating new recipes. My husband told me he fell madly in love with me after I cooked our first dinner together. I served him mesquite seasoned steelhead trout, sautéed mushrooms, wild rice, and roasted vegetables.

**Many of my recipes provide alternatives for migraine safe, dairy free, gluten free, lactose free and sugar free dietary restrictions. Often by exchanging ingredients your diet will allow. For example- migraine safe recipes require you to leave out the lemon zest, nuts and other trigger foods. PLEASE- know your allergies and migraine triggers before making my recipes.
