  1. Amazing transformation! Thank you for sharing this post at City of Creative Dream’s City of Links on Friday! I appreciate you taking the time to party with me. Hope to see you again this week 🙂

  2. I don’t think we can transform our furniture, a new set is in order. Your set is very pretty and you did a beautiful job styling your table. Oh, and no salt on my watermelon!

  3. Unfortunately, we have to add a deck onto the house before I get a patio. Love your new cushions and your husband did a great job with repainting and sealing. BTW, I love your bowls! I love bowls that have the smaller bottoms so you can cup them easier when you just want to eat ice cream on the couch.

    1. I see a blog post in your future :-). I like the shape of these bowls too and you are right perfect for ice cream! Thank you, I pick up odd bowls here and there at clearance sales etc. Hugs!

  4. I do not put salt on my watermelon, but my mom does.

I like the patio furniture makeover. Your husband did good, and big kudos to him for finding the cushions you have been wanting, woot!

    1. Thank you I have been sharing all of the lovely comments with him and he is so tickled for the compliments on the patio set. Your Mother and I have the same love of salt on watermelon 🙂 Hugs!

  5. Very pretty, what a great job your sweet hubby did and the green striped cushions from Lowes are just perfect, Katherine. I’ve never had watermelon with salt, but I’m gonna try it, lol! Izzy is probably happy too!
I love the setting, the dishes look great with the green stripes.

  6. Great transformation from frumpy to chic! Love the yard. My 85 year old mom swears by salting watermelon and cantaloupe while I can’t bear to eat them salted. To each her own:)

  7. Oh, yes.…my last week’s post tells the story! Aren’t husbands great? I love salt (and sometimes pepper) on my watermelon!!!! But always salt! Pretty furniture! Love the green…so fresh and inviting.

  8. i’m glad you finally shared this katie 🙂 it looks beautiful ♥ sometimes i put salt on my watermelon when they are not super sweet…

  10. Katherine, the set is beautiful and the cushions are gorgeous! We have had our table and chairs for many years also and I have painted them quite a few times. 🙂 As a matter of fact, I plan to do it again as soon as my husband finish building the new deck for our eating area. Enjoy your time outdoors! Have a great weekend. Maria

Love each other as God loves you xo
