Love is in the Air-

Hello sweet bloggy friends, love is in the air today and every day, don’t you agree? Our winter blanket of snow makes it easy to stay inside and snuggle with someone you love. The severe weather has many trapped at home  and it is making travel a bit scary. I hope you are all safe and sound and snuggled up. Snow is typical for our area, actually we usually have much more! Great for skiing and a beautiful place for the Sundance Film Festival too.  I shared a photo of our sweet Izzy in the snow on instagram. Are you following me on instagram? The annual Christmas Magazine challenge was postponed and this year we are doing a Valentine theme, “Love is in the Air. You can see my last magazine challenge it HERE.

You may be asking, what exactly is a magazine challenge? It is a challenge to spark your inspiration and creativity by using a magazine cover from the theme ( love) as your inspiration. All participants make their own magazine cover creation and then we have a tour for everyone to enjoy. You can create the magazine cover however it best reflects you. Create your own vision, you can sketch it,  photograph it, paint it, make it from clay. Make a cover completely your own, maybe using a color from a magazine to inspire what your personal magazine cover would be. There are no limits to your imagination and creativity.

Here is a simple list to help with the FAQ’s

Do you have to be a blogger to participate? Absolutely not it is open for all to enjoy. I am happy to host your magazine creation here at Katherines Corner if you are not a blogger.

Do I post my creation on my blog? Yes but you wait until the specified time to post so your post will be be included in the blog tour on Feb 14. After all of the participants have provided me with their post url. They will all be included in a blog tour on Valentines Day.

I’m not a very good photographer does it have to be a photograph? No, your creativity is all that is needed.

Is this a contest? No,there will be no judges or voting. It is a blog tour.  But, a random participant will get a gift from me though.
