Halloween Monday Inspiration

Halloween is tomorrow and I know a lot of you enjoy all of the spooky trick or treat fun. So today’s theme is an easy one, Halloween. I’m shining the light on some fun ways to add a bit of Halloween Monday Inspiration to your spooky Tuesday evening. Thank you to everyone who shares at the TFT party every week. Are you new to Monday Inspirations? No problem here’s the scoop. Monday inspirations has taken the place of Make It Monday. Still inspiring us in a zillion ways but with one very fun twist. I will select a theme, but when you share your posts you won’t know what theme I have selected. Aha a little mystery! Then I will share some of your wonderful posts. I will still be featuring a few other selected posts at the Thursday Favorite Things blog hop too. Remember to leave a comment and your link number when you party with us on Thursday’s. Fiesta Friday shared some yummy treats. I love these cute rice krispy monsters. I really like that she used fun colors for these tasty treats.

Which of these Halloween Monday Inspirations will you try?

If you’re not accompanying your trick or treaters this year because they are tweens or teens. Please consider mapping out where they can go before they leave and remind them to-

• take a flashlight,

• don’t trick or treat alone ( groups are more fun anyway)

• do not go into anyones house

• use their common sense

• make sure their costume fits well so they won’t stumble

• use their manners

• be grateful

• report anything that makes them feel uncomfortable or just doesn’t seem right

• do not get into anyone’s car

• walk on sidewalks and not in the road

• wait until you inspect the candy before they take a bite ( give them something yummy to munch on before they go).

• steer clear of neighborhoods they aren’t familiar with or best of all, only visit  the homes of people you know.

• Take advantage of any local  group or church trunk or treats. Or attend parties instead of trick treating.
