Charmed by Chinoiserie
Hello friends I am BIG fan of the chinoiserie pattern. I am often drawn to the intricate patterns of blue and white available in all forms of home décor. The lovely blue and white patterns are actually the European interpretation of East Asian (Chinese) artistry from the 17th century. One of my favorite things is a beautiful green ball topiary in a chinoiserie pot. It is my inspiration for your free printable today.
The word “chinois,” is French for “Chinese.” The chinoiserie pattern continues to be a timeless eye-catching design trend for home décor. The blue and white motif often features scenery and spirited flourishes in its pattern. You can find chinoiserie used in a variety of ways. Vases, pots, home décor, dishware, wallpaper, tiles, and even in your garden. So, I thought it would be a well-received pattern for some sweet free printable note cards.
I suggest printing on card stock. Please scroll down to download
I love creating free printables for you. I only ask that you do not claim them as your own or sell them. Please feel free to pin them ( smile).
I also found a variety of beautiful chinoiserie products to inspire new décor for your home!
