Welcome Autumn on a Tray Blog Tour
Hello friends, my favorite season is here, well on the calendar it’s autumn even though it was 80 today. (smile). I gathered some lovely and talented bloggers together for a Welcome Autumn on a Tray Blog Tour! Twenty three fabulous bloggers are sharing inspiration for autumn home decor, on a tray! If your clicking over from The Apple Street Cottage, thank you for continuing the tour. Enjoy!
You don’t need to buy anything, just use what you have. The trays can be tiered, simple or made of something to represent a tray. You can always find a place in your home, big or small, for a bit of seasonal decor on a tray.
I was inspired by a pretty autumn mug I found at the local craft store, and I kept things in blues to match some of the new home improvements we’ve made this year ( I’ll share when everything is finished).
I added some pretty faux flowers and thistles in the mug on the right of the tray, and scattered in the tray too.
I folded a pretty tea towel with similar colors and put it inside the mug on the tray.
I had to leave the candle covered it has a very, very strong fragrance, but it is the perfect color ( smile) for the tray.
I gave the squirrel a lift by placing him on an upside down ramekin.
Do you remember when I made these sequin pumpkins? You can see the post HERE.
I used to decorate the mantel in the bonus room first, but over the years I have gradually made our buffet the first place I decorate. (smile)
I found the table runner and the felt pumpkins on Amazon. I don’t remember where I got the squirrel. But the carved one below is adorable and calling my name (smile) I just love the leaf tail! You can always shop my Amazon deals by clicking the images.
I plan to do more “On a Tray” blog tours, please watch for my, email invitations and blog post invitations. I look forward to having you join us.
