Whats Wrong With The Blog and Christmas in Our Home
Hello friends, no doubt you have discovered my blog isn’t working properly. I have been so upset about it. What a rotten time of the year to have my blog going crazy. For the past couple of weeks it has been publishing unfinished posts, and posts with someone else’s name and I have been “locked out” of my blog….yikes! After trying everything possible the happiness engineers at JetPack were able to get me back into my blog. But..and this is a tough one for any blogger, my comments are gone and nobody can leave a comment either, not even me!
Since I am unable to leave comments on my own blog that means the prayer wall has been without prayer responses you can read. Rest assured all prayer requests are being honored. But I am not able to post them. I’m sorry. If you have a prayer request or would like to join the Katherines Corner Prayer Warriors, please click HERE we would love to have you.
Okay lets move on (smile) I took a few snaps of our humble home Christmas decor at various times of the day . Side Note- I want to remind all of the wonderful bloggers out there that you are not in competition with blogs that have home decor posts that look like pages of a magazine. All of our homes are beautiful. (smile)
Izzy is never far away I took a quick photo of him before the presents were put under the tree. Our boy has been very ill. I’ll share a bit more about that later.
Lets start with the tree, I did share the tree HERE but there’s “a little something” I didn’t mention. Look closely… right there, yes that is an earring. There are a few on our tree.
The mantle is decorated with an assortment of my favorite Christmas finds and the two trees were a deal our daughter found at a local craft shop. Can you tell which stocking is Izzy’s? (giggle)
a bowl filled with inexpensive silver ornaments makes a lovely display.
The buffet Santas remind us to believe.
I took the card basket away for the photo, when my comments are working again maybe you will come back and share how you display your Christmas Cards.
I kept things simple in our tv room.
and most importantly, the reason for the season.
You can still add your blog posts to the TFT blog hop HERE.
Have a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and Happy Day!
