Great money saver! Any idea how to re-purpose an old husband? LOL, just kidding. Have a grand weekend!
I always feel better if I’m able to find a new use for something I’ve had for a while.
I have been Following that board for a while now. Just love it!
Can I share one? I make No Knead Bread using a cast iron Dutch oven. But the pot makes a shorter loaf (like a sourdough round). So I wad up aluminum foil in a fat hotdog shape, place it to one side, and plop my dough beside it. The loaf turns out tall and perfect for my husband’s sandwiches, and fits in the lunch box.
That is wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing xo
Great tips! I need to remember the one about the cotton ball for broken glass… Thank you!
I think I need to add a few more to the list soon. Hugs!
Wow, so many wonderful tips! Thanks so much for sharing. Just jotted down some new ones : )
Hi Tammy, Welcome, and thank you, I will add more soon, Hugs
Great ideas, Katie! One of the reasons I love to go to Goodwill on a regular basis is to get ideas for how to use old things!!
Love repurposing all kinds of stuff! I have a Pinterest board filled with them too…and I just followed you so we can swap notes. You and I have quite a bit in common— over 50, snow, and grandkids š Nice to meet you— found you on SITS! Ciao for now.
Ciao Denise, I am following you now too. I look forward to our bloggy friendship. So happy you stopped by from SITS. Biggest hugs and welcome to Katherines Corner
Taking some serious notes down here! I’m working with eggshells for compost at the mo so I hope it turns out well!
My hubby is waiting patiently for the snow to thaw so he can play in his garden. Hugs!
Aww bless! I’m kinda glad it hasn’t snowed here, already extremely cold I think I would have to hibernate if it snowed!
giggle. Stay cozy no matter what the weather my friend xo
