Orange Vanilla Pedicure
Orange Vanilla Pedicure-
I was so happy to treat my Mother and daughter to a bit of pampering while my Mother was visiting. I don’t do this kind of thing for myself so it was extra special to go to Beyond Spa and have a fabulous orange vanilla pedicure with two of the most wonderful women in the world!
We selected the orange vanilla pedicure because it included exfoliating, massaging and softening of our feet for the summer sandal season. ( I took all of these photos with my phone and the ambiance was perfect but very dark for photography)
We were given heated lavender neck wraps when we arrived and escorted to a lovely waiting area.

We didn’t wait long until we were settled into our chairs, sipping cold drinks and soaking our tootsies.

My Mother enjoyed every minute of the pampering.
She certainly deserved this little treat. I had been ill and needed this little pick me up too.My daughter has five children ( ages 4-almost 15) she definitely needed it 🙂
A lovely esthetician (Jeanie) took good care of me and paid extra attention to massaging my legs. It was heavenly♥
My daughter enjoyed her soothing eye gel pack ( she is good sport letting me post this photo 🙂
The 75 minutes of orange vanilla bliss flew by and we all left with a big smiles on our faces and very happy toes.
( during the orange vanilla pedicure your feet are soaked in orange infused water and an orange vanilla scrub is used for exfoliating your feet Your legs are massaged with the scrub too and then an orange cream lotion . I don’t know what they use exactly but it was wonderful.
I did a little tweaking to my usual pedicure soak and you can do something similar at home. But if you get a chance I suggest a trip to Beyond Spa ( this sounds like an ad, giggle).
Orange vanilla pedicure
Basin or tub
5 Drops tea tree oil
1 tsp. Orange oil
3 Slices fresh orange
8 Cups warm water
1/2 Cup Epsom salts
3 to 5 Drops vanilla essential oil
Let your feet soak for 15 -30 minutes
(Exfoliate, trim nails, lotion and add polish etc.)

And thank you for haring the pedicure recipe with us (I love the orange/vanilla scent and may need to try soon). Have a wonderful weekend now 🙂
You are such a sweetheart. We had a lovely time together and it really was a treat. I hope you will try the pedicure for yourself my friend. You deserve it xo
I’ll bet you didn’t expect me to comment on this topic, Katie. Believe it or not, I recently went for both a manicure and a pedicure! After a great deal of arm twisting, Mrs. Shady convinced me to go with her to a similar salon where we sat in chairs that gave us a continuous deep massage. We both got our hands, legs and feet massaged by hand followed by the manis and pedis, complete with hot wax wraps and the whole nine yards. I was the only man in the place but I thoroughly enjoyed it
Oh my friend how wonderful! I am so happy to know you enjoyed such a luxurious time with your wife. I enjoyed the leg massage too! They have a couples section at this spa too. There were several couples waiting in the waiting are when we were there. When I mentioned it to my hubby he replied “no thank you”, giggle. I think I will share your comment with him. Hugs!
