  4. Wow I am impressed with your lettuce garden, this will sound a bit silly but, we are getting some good mountain dirt this weekend, I am so excited, lol but maybe, just maybe I will be able to grow some good stuff.

Happy Day to fathers in your family!!!

  6. Thanks for the party and yes we have romaine growing. We, too, have been eating lots of salads over here. Even when I’m feeling lazy, I just throw some romaine, shaved parmesan cheese and some homemade croutons (that I have stored) in a bowl – yum

  10. It is too hot in South Florida to grow produce now. Our growing season begins again in Oct when the rest of the US is preparing again for the wintertime.

  11. Hi Katie! Your lettuce looks just amazing and I’m sure you are making some fantastic salads. 🙂 Thank you so much to and the ladies for hosting the party. Have a happy Thursday and a wonderful weekend!

  12. Hi, Katherine. Happy Thursday! I wish I could have a garden like yours, so awesome! Alas, the roses are the only thing the gophers haven’t taken and they even killed one of them. Thanks so much for hosting, Katherine! You are so appreciated.
    Hugs,
    Theresa

  13. NO lettuce in my garden. It just never tasted right. I did try to plant some tomatoes, cucumbers and radishes this year but unfortunately I do no think they have survived all this rain we have gotten.

  16. Thanks for hosting! I’m sharing my take on Tahdig, basically nightshade-free hash browns. I’ve also shared my decadent Lemon Mousse Tart that’s also allergy-friendly.

  17. I can’t believe your lettuce looks so good already. I do not have lettuce growing this year but dang, you sure make me wish I did so. It looks so inviting, what a wonderful idea for a fun summer luncheon, in fact I do believe you just sparked next Tuesday idea for me.

  18. I love lettuce and thank goodness the kids do as well. Thank you for hosting the great party 🙂

  19. Thanks so much for hosting, Katherine. We did not have much luck with the garden this year — your lettuce looks so tasty! 🙂

  20. Thanks for a wonderful party! How delicious that fresh lettuce looks! Renting an apartment doesn’t leave much room for a garden but I can’t wait to one day have my own! have a great night!

Love each other as God loves you xo
