  1. I ‘m not wild about cooking, honestly. But I do love healthy, tasty food. So…I do cook. Over the years the cookbook I”ve used the most is called More With Less. It was written by a Mennonite woman named Doris Janzen Longacre. The recipes are simple and healthy, geared toward thriftyness and the awareness that most Americans have plenty to eat while many in our world are hungry. This cookbook was first printed in 1976 and has gone through 36 printings, the last being in 1988. I have gone through two coppies, using them ”til they were ragged.
