Prayer For Manchester
I know I am supposed to be unplugged today, but the atrocity in Manchester brings me to my knees in prayer. I am a proud citizen of UK and I stand with my hand firmly placed in yours as we pray.
Dear Lord, we ask you to provide comfort at this difficult time. We ask you to call upon your angels to usher in the precious souls taken to early and to provide swift healing and recovery for those injured physically and mentally. We ask for strength and reassurance of our enduring faith. We look to you to aid all who are affected by this profound loss of precious life. We will not ask for answers as we know this act was perpetrated by evil. We ask all things in our Lord and Savior who strengthens us. Amen
Only God can turn a hardened heart and offer forgiveness for their crimes on humanity.
I seem to have to create these prayers more and more these days. It is heartbreaking.

I am always overwhelmed by man’s inhumanity to his fellow man. Your prayer is beautiful and heartfelt. It will only be by abiding Faith in a loving God that can bring all of those affected by this senseless atrocity any peace. Thank-you for taking time to post this on your unplugged day.

I pray not only for the family and friends of all the victims of this horrible atrocity, but that the Lord God open eyes of the leaders of our countries and give them the wisdom to take the necessary steps to prevent these evil occurrences.
