I am a firm believer in staying hydrated inside and out! I try to choose healthy options when it comes to the food I prepare as well.
My healthy habit is drinking alot of water every day and exercising half an hour each day! I also eat what I want, but in moderation.

My healthy habit is to try to be more good (e.g., food, exercise, sleep) than bad every day. I get nuts if I try to be “perfect” so I allow myself some leeway — everything in slightly better than moderation!
I always exercise every single morning, that way I never have an excuse not to exercise. I love feeling I accomplished at least one thing during my day!

My husband and I have been only drinking water now for months. This is big for the both of us since I love sweet tea and he loves Mt Dews. We also try to walk several days a week but it is hard when rushed schedules. My motto is you got to start somewhere!

I make sure I am hydrated. I also take a magnesium supplement daily and I try and walk every day.
