  3. My healthy habit is to try to be more good (e.g., food, exercise, sleep) than bad every day. I get nuts if I try to be “perfect” so I allow myself some leeway — everything in slightly better than moderation!

  4. I always exercise every single morning, that way I never have an excuse not to exercise. I love feeling I accomplished at least one thing during my day!

  5. My husband and I have been only drinking water now for months. This is big for the both of us since I love sweet tea and he loves Mt Dews. We also try to walk several days a week but it is hard when rushed schedules. My motto is you got to start somewhere!
