Autumn Apples and TFT
Hello and welcome to TFT! If you are a blog writer or a blog reader this is the place to share and discover amazing blogs with a variety of topics. The autumn weather may not have fully arrived yet, but the apples at the markets have made their appearance and I can’t wait to make a fresh apple pie for my hubby’s birthday on the 17th. He’ll pick pie over cake every time. I didn’t have to go far to find some lovely apple-themed features for this week’s party. Pumpkins are plentiful, but fresh autumn apples are perfect this time of year.
Just a quick reminder, when you share your posts each week nobody knows what the feature theme will be. I will share some of your wonderful posts as features at the TFT party each week. Fun, right?
Please pin from the original blogs, so the blogger who shared gets the credit. But, I do invite you to pin my feature collage, wink, wink, nudge, nudge.
Marilyn, from Marilyns Treats and one of your lovely hostesses, shared her Apple Pie Cobbler
Amber, from Follow the Yellow Brick Home and another one of your lovely hostesses, shared some apple features.
A Fun and Frugal Life Made Apple Pie Dip!
Clean and Scentsible shared her slow cooker apple crisp.

Time to Party!
Oh I love apple pie and the cobbler looks amazing 🙂 I bet your husband will love his pie! My birthday is in the summer so I was always an ice cream cake person for mine.
I am at 108 and 109 this week. Hope you have a wonderful week!
Thank you for hosting the party. The last few days got away from me and I got here too late to link any posts. But I did enjoy looking at some of the posts that were here. I agree with you, apples are great this time of year!
Love the apple theme Katherine, so perfect for this time of year! Thank you for the party, my links are #21, 28, 33

so many fun ideas cant wait to pin them all.
Oh all these lovely apple recipes! I have a funny story about apples…when I was 8 years old, my father lost his job and we had no money for food. He went to some apple orchard nearby and “got a great deal” on bushels of apples. We peeled and cored and froze hundreds upon hundreds of apples and for nearly the entire next year that is all we had to eat in our house…apple pie, baked apples, apple dumplings, applesauce. Anything you can make with apples, that’s what was for dinner. The only other food we got was the free lunch at school. After that, the sight, smell, or mere appearance or mention of apples would turn my stomach. It wasn’t until about 8 years ago (30 years after the year of eating apples) that I began enjoying apple things again. And now I can’t get enough! Yummy delicious sweet Fall recipes!
