Spiderella a Bewitching Tablescape and Tour
Halloween is not far off and Cloe from Celebrate and Decorate has gathered some of her bloggy friends to share their Halloween Tables. It’s a pleasure to be included in the Halloween Tablescape Hop. A tour of tables to make your Halloween fun spooktacular!
If you have hopped over from Zucchini Sisters thank you and please keep hopping after you are done here and visit My Thrift Store Addiction. Then start from the beginning and take the whole tour! You will be happy you did.
Most of you know that I am not a big Halloween fan. But, I was surprised at how many things I had for Halloween. I put a couple of them out every year for our grandchildren to enjoy. They are ages 9-20, they all like Halloween. I did make a quick trip to the dollar store. But most of this is from my Halloween decorations.
May I introduce you to Spiderella, she is the Queen of the arachnids and she brought some of her minions with her.
Some purple lace from my fabric stash makes a nice tablecloth and orange fat quarters make great napkins.
The spider that Spiderella is holding is what gave me the theme for this fun table.
I used tulle instead of Halloween spider webbing because of the food on the table. That webbing gets everywhere!
Spiderellas cauldron spilled over and all of her minions ran all over the table ( wink).
The witch’s hats came from the dollar store.
I used a black charger, and I cut out a circle of orange wrapping paper to place under the clear plates and black bowls on top for holding the caramel apple.
Spiderellas’ sidekick, stuffy mc-spider pants has been a regular visitor to our home since our oldest granddaughter was about 3. It used to make a funny noise, but it has been over-loved and now just sits quietly.
May I offer you a glass of spider cider?
I hope you are not arachnophobic …
The candy corn and pumpkins are all guarded by Spiderella’s “posse‘ “
I hope you enjoyed my Spiderella Tablescape. Please continue on and visit the rest of the tablescapers. There are some great ideas just waiting for you to pin and make.

Spiderella is just a cutie pie in her pretty Halloween colors. What a clever trick to use the colored tissue paper under the clear dishes! Love that! I am definitely arachnophobic so I might be apprehensive of the posse even though they do seem like a fun gang. It is pleasure hopping with you. I’m so blessed to be included.
I love how you embraced Halloween for your grandkids! It all turned out so amazing! I want to come over too!
What a colorful and cute tablescape, Katherine! I know your Grands will be delighted! Blessings, Cecilia @My Thrift Store Addiction
Another great table Katherine! Spiderella’s minions all seemed to land in exactly the right spot and Stuff McSpiderpants looks as harmless as a kitchen. Thanks for the ideas of placing colored paper under the clear plates. I’m filing that one for future reference. Always a pleasure to hop with you!
Very cute tanle Katherine. I love the purple with the orange and black spiderella is adorable. Who doesn’t love candy apples? I also bought some of those witch hats from the DT. A pleasure hopping with you.
Katherine, how clever of you to use orange paper under the clear plate! A great idea for getting lots of utility out of clear plates by using different colors/prints depending on the occasion, holiday. I also like how you used tulle in the cauldron centerpiece for spiderweb.
How fun, Katherine! You may not be a fan of Halloween, but you styled such a cute table! I love how you created the cauldron of spilled spiders, that is perfect! Thanks for joining in another hop! Happy Halloween!
Your tipped cauldron of spiders is so cute! I also like Stuffy Mc Spider Pants!!! How fun! Love the bright colors – the purple lace table covering really sets it all off. The use of the orange paper under the clear plates was smart! Lots of Halloween fun!! Always a pleasure to hop with you!
Very fun Katherine! I love Spiderella and her minions! the cauldron spilling out full of steamy spiders is fabulous! I can’t believe you’re not a big fan of Halloween, this table is full of fabulous Halloween eats and treats!

Katie, Spiderella was a great starting point for your table. I would have never thought of cutting paper to place under clear plates for that extra punch of color…great idea. The caramel apple is a favorite of mine and it looks delicious. So much fun hopping with you!
Katherine, I really enjoyed learning all about Spiderella and her group at your table. She is adorable and so is your table, especially when it tell a story and it includes sweet memories of family gatherings. The spilled cauldron with spiders is such a cute idea and I love the use of the bright and bold colors. Happy Halloween!
That’s impressive. We used to do Halloween parties, but most of our stuff was store-purchased.
Katherine, your Spiderella and her posse make for great inspiration on your table! I am impressed with the simple idea of cutting paper to set between the charger and plate for added color – so smart! DT never disappoints, and the multiple ways bloggers like yourself use the items is true inspiration.
And, it looks as though there’s quite the adult constituency that doesn’t care for the halloween holiday!
Omg, I absolutely love your Halloween tablescape and seriously so much fun for the upcoming holiday. Hugs and thanks for sharing!! xoxo <3
Spiderella and Stuffy McSpiderPants are adorable! So clever to use orange wrapping paper under the clear plates for a pop of Halloween color. As always it’s a treat to blog hop with you. Happy Halloween!
