Winter White
Hello friends, I love the idea of a winter white kitchen. I see them in magazines, in your lovely blog posts, and on Pinterest a lot. But, how practical can a winter white kitchen be if I am in there cooking?
I am a messy cook my friends, I own it, it’s true no reason for me to try and deny it.
But, I love the clean fresh look of a monochromatic color scheme featuring winter white in the kitchen. I found this one in Elle Decor magazine.
This one you can dance in! Look how wonderfully spacious it is! I could put on my fit bit and walk around the kitchen to get some steps in (wink).
Well, it’s been established, I like winter white kitchens. But, maybe an all winter white kitchen isn’t really practical. I could have a bit of a mix like this beautiful kitchen from House Beautiful magazine. Not totally white, but bright clean and beautiful.
What’s not to like? A bright, clean kitchen usually filled with light, and if you get a bit bored with winter white everything, just add a few decorative accents or fresh green plants I think this one from Traditional Homes magazine is my favorite.
Do you have a winter white kitchen? Which one of these would you like as your kitchen?
I look forward to seeing your posts at the TFT blog hop link party!
My favorite is the last picture. But I’m with Janine…I’d never be able to keep it that clean. 🙂
I have a winter white country kitchen with black handles. My accents are blue or red or yellow depending on the season! Every spill has been easily wiped up with a damp cloth—and we have butcher block counters which I love as ‘no smashed’ dishes or glassware which I frequently drop! Just drop by and see my DIY kitchen remodel posts!
My cousin actually has a white kitchen and not sure how she keeps it clean. As for me, as pretty as white is I’d be afraid that I would not be able to keep up with it. Thanks for sharing and hugs now xoxo <3
