Retirement Cottage Blog Series Part 2 Laundry Room
Hello friends, it’s time for part two of my Retirement Cottage Blog Series. Because I believe in the power of prayer, manifesting, LOA and visualizing things and positivity into my life. I hope you will join me as I visualize a sweet light filled retirement cottage that looks out onto the water. If you missed part one of the series please click HERE to see how it started (smile).
I’m sharing the laundry room inspirations this week. The area of the cottage that gets used almost daily. It’ll be functional and fabulous and for dog lovers. I think you will agree a dog wishing station in the laundry room is a brilliant idea! Washing our fur baby Izzy is hard on the back lifting him in and out of our spa tub is uncomfortable for me ( I have Sciatica). So having a dog washing station that requires practically no bending over is a dream for certain. The first photo would be the ideal laundry room, it’ll have the laundry area on one side and a dog washing area on the other!
This laundry room is also amazing and the perfect size for a cottage too. I love the door that would take you to the back yard and the gardens.
This laundry room has a lot of natural light, imagine a lakeview from the window!
this laundry room has a door to the back yard pool but it doesn’t take much imagining to visualize a lake view or garden view (smile)
All of these lovely laundry rooms could have a dog washing station too. Thank you for following along as I visualize our retirement cottage.
Are you living blissfully in a cottage by the water?
I look forward to seeing you back here on Thursday for the TFT (Thursday Favorite Things) blog hop link party for blog writers and blog readers.

Beautiful and dreamy inspiration!
Thank you my friend. xo
These are amazing, Katherine! I would LOVE to have a dog-washing station. It’s so hard for me to wash Sunny now. xo
I understand completely, wouldn’t it be wonderful, and so much easier physically. I saw some with retractable steps, and ramps so you don’t have to lift your fur baby. xox
