Quiet Moments
Dear friends, as I write this I’m sitting in front of the Christmas tree with our sweet boy Izzy. Drinking tea and watching the snow fall. It’s been a difficult year, so these quiet moments are enjoyed even more than usual. We must take advantage of the quiet moments. Time spent in quiet reflection or peaceful thinking is good for the soul. Take some time today to do nothing. You’ll be happy you did.
Our Christmas decor is minimal this year. In a way, I think I appreciate it more. The simple things are often the things that bring us the most joy.
Focus on the Reason for the Season, the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. “For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord” Luke 2:11
