French Country Kitchen
Hello friends. Many of us delight in the French Country home style. I’ve gathered some wonderful ideas for styling a French country kitchen. The kitchen is the heart of the home, and the perfect place to add some French Country Charm.
French Country style is defined as, warm neutrals, soft and muted shades of color. Muted blues, yellows, orange-reds, pinks, greens, and creamy whites are accented with different wood tones throughout the style.
A French country kitchen embodies the simple beauty of everyday objects. Rustic charm and refined elegance, with natural materials like wood and stone, soft color palettes, and antique accents.
Mismatched stools, muted colors and a copper rooster! Tell me who wouldn’t want this rooster strutting his stuff in their kitchen. (smile)
The brass rails in this lovely kitchen scream French Country style to me. It’s such a beautiful display.
Farmhouse sinks, open shelving, and distressed cabinetry are often seen in a French country kitchen. It is equal parts rustic and chic.
