Yesterday morning I was sitting at the table having tea and enjoying the shadow play on the table as the sun came through the windows.
I grabbed my camera to capture it . Then I snapped a few random shots of the Easter decor in the our home this year. I kept it very simple. Simple decor and simple photos today no vignettes . Just some random photos.
on the kitchen counter, lovely Lenox Easter egg
Easter calls for painted china bunnies

a bowl of eggs, do you remember when I shared the ribbon eggs?
I have a touch of Easter on the mantel too.

This sweet bunny sits on the ottoman. Not all decorations are fragile, this one loves hugs from our grandchildren.
Do you decorate for Easter? Simple or elaborate ( I love it all) ?

I do decorate for special occasions. I enjoy it and the grandkids get very excited about it. Your photos are pretty and show more about your home that a staged vignette ever does!

They all look so cute! My daughter pulled out all my Easter decorations when I was in Florida. The house looks nice. Have a great weekend.

These are so pretty. I love simple decor. When the sun comes out to play, it seems everything its rays touches becomes magically beautiful doesn’t it?

Lovely vignettes for Easter, we have never really decorated for this holiday apart from putting up a few cards we may receive and I have a bowl of glass eggs on display.

Sweet Katherine, such beautiful Easter decorations and your home is lovely. The only holiday we actually decorate for is Christmas, not sure why but I just never got into decorating for all of the holidays.

too cute! I don’t really have much Easter stuff around the house. We did get out the spring-ish candles though. Love your little bunny and the bowl of eggs.

You have a lovely home and I really like your taste in seasonal decor. I really only decorate for Christmas and even then I have to shove aside the clutter to fit in the tree and and hang the stockings. Oh well … better than living alone in a spotless home!

I must admit, I go overboard when it comes to holiday decor. I only got out about half of my Easter this year because we were busy working on the living room. I look around and I still see plenty. I’m sure I will need to downsize some day. Your decor is very sweet and I’m sure it doesn’t take up nearly as much storage space as mine does.
Hugs,
Jann
