Book Lover Giveaway

It’s time for the October giveaway and it’s one I already love. I am fortunate to have some very talented friends who are contributing prizes to this wonderful giveaway. I am so excited to announce the Book Lover Giveaway!

In addition to the books listed I am contributing the latest edition of Artful Blogging, Debbie Macomber’s book ,Gods Guest List and a sweet autumn owl tea towel and felted owl decoration. Owls and reading, they just go together.

Entering is easy, log onto the entry form using your email address or facebook and click on the first entry on the rafflecopter form and confirm you are a follower of Katherines corner (or become a new follower) by entering your follower name and leaving a comment about how you follow. Any other entries you choose to enter are all optional additional entries.

Author Marla Martenson is the talented and humorous author of the books: Diary Of A Beverly Hills Matchmaker, Excuse Me Your Soul Mate is Waiting, Good Date Bad Date, and she is also a contributing author to Adventures in Manifesting. Marla is generously contributing an autographed copy of her latest book, Hearts On The Line. Marla is not only a successful author but also a matchmaker, life coach and public speaker.

About Hearts On The Line- Marla’s day might begin with an email like this:Marla,I hope you don’t plan on charging me for the last two setups—Penny and Lydia. Let me make it crystal clear for you, even 5 pounds overweight is a deal killer.… I won’t waste any more time on another date with a plump gal.Clarence Penny and Lydia are both under 110 pounds—including implants. Marla facetiously refers to the dating service as the Double D—which doesn’t stand for dream date—and often finds herself introducing SHBRs (short fat bald rich guys) to GDGDs (gosh darn gold-diggers) and, despite the odds, countless couples find that Marla has linked their hearts. The exasperating clients stand out, but many are terrific people, and you’ll follow their dating stories with interest, as Marla struggles to work for a boss who requires her to cross ethical lines, pushing Marla to her limits. A tiny spark is all it takes, and Marla goes from being vice-president of a multi-city enterprise to being unemployed—which takes her career in matchmaking to a whole new level, all while staying true to her most authentic self.

Her novel Front Row Center, which won an IPPY award, was inspired by her favorite singing idol, (see photo) Cynthia has also written a short story to be published soon in an anthology of short stories.

About Front Row Center-Their attraction was electric, their affair explosive, and their love —devastating to the lives of others! Arabella seemed on a downward spiral and life for her was filled with one heart ache after another.
