  2. Great post for me, Katherine, as I’ve been gluten free for about 4 years now. It was quite the challenge at 43 giving up lots of things I loved that had wheat or rye {or barley or malt} in them. Pizza has always been a hit or miss – mostly a miss although a few local pizza places are carrying gluten free pizzas now. Never quite the same though. I’d love to try making my own and if they have dough already made up that would be great for me as I’m not a cook or baker.

  3. Thank you so much for putting such fabulous meatless Monday dishes on your blog. This one looks so fresh and healthful as well.

    1. its my pleasure. I can’t wait to use the veggies from our garden to make it. I hate buying veggies from the market ( although the farmers market always makes me happy)… xo

  4. Yummo! Pizza is one of my favorites! I like using Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce spread thinly on a precooked crust, then topping with black beans, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, avocado, and a squeese of fresh lime juice before serving! Mmmmm.

  5. Katherine, that pizza looks SOOO good! Thanks so much for visiting my blog and commenting on my bedroom post, Bed of Roses, featuring our crazy kitty, Baby. In reading back through some of your posts I see that you posted a sweet message about William and Kate getting married. I got up very early to watch the Royal Wedding (along with Baby) and just posted about it. It was SOOO lovely and she was SOOOO beautiful! I remember getting up early back in the 80’s to watch Princess Di get married as well… I hope you have a wonderful week!… Donna
