Get Out Of the Kitchen
Get out of the kitchen-
it is too hot in there! Let’s have a delicious salad straight from the garden. Our garden is flourishing and fresh veggies always taste heavenly and I can get out of the kitchen. I love an at home salad bar. Shred, chop and cut everything you love from the garden. Fill your plate, sprinkle with fresh dill and your favorite salad dressing, taa daa! Add a piece of crusty bread and you have dinner. We just did!
Salad often needs salad dressing so I think you will find each one of these perfect for a variety of your salads.
Let’s start with this raspberry vinaigrette. I also think you could easily use blackberries, or even strawberries in this quick and easy dressing. This dressing is also a wonderful marinade for chicken. Pour into a zip closure type bag add boneless skinless chicken breast. Seal, swirl around to coat all of the chicken. Place bag of marinade and chicken in a dish and refrigerate over night. Throw your chicken on the grill and you are still out of the kitchen. please click image to get the recipe.

Everyone loves ranch dressing, well okay, maybe not everyone. But there are a a whole lot of us who do. Would you like to spice it up a bit? This jalapeno ranch dressing may be just what you are looking for. It is also great for dipping tortilla chips!

Lets stick with the ranch and sweeten it up. In the mood for hot dogs? Grill them and drizzle some Non Fat Honey Mustard dressing.instead of ketchup and mustard.
Make any salad crunchy by adding fresh apples, walnuts, pine nuts or bacon bits.
Will you get out of the kitchen?
What is your go to favorite salad and salad dressing?
