Game Day Grub
Super Bowl Sunday count down is on and I rounded up some great game day grub. Game day recipes need to meet a certain criteria. Delicious, easy to hold, hard to spill and can be eaten standing up. These recipes all meet that challenge and I hope they will find their way to your game day buffet table.
Lets start with this classic game day recipe for Hot and Spicy Chicken Wings
Chili Cheese Taquitos can be made ahead and heated before your guests arrive
This slam dunk ( oops wrong sport) Buffalo Chicken Dip is a must do! Use pitas or large corn chips to dip!
Stromboli Bites will be great with a mug of your favorite beverage.
Pizza Grilled Cheese, created by Genius Kitchen is a brilliant twist on classic grilled cheese!
Keep their sweet tooth happy with some yummy brownies.
Consider cutting them into strips and putting them in a red solo cup ( or something similar)
Will you be hosting a Super Bowl get together this year?
They all sound wonderful–the Chili Cheese Taquitos are something that my son and husband would really love!
it’s a big hit here and hubby and grandchildren love them. Hugs
What a delicious looking list of game day ideas. The Chili Cheese Taquitos are calling my name!
hubby loves these, I hope you will too.HUgs
I must say your Brownies sure look delicious. I don’t know what I do when I make Brownies. They always turn out crumbley. I cut a piece and go to lift it out and it starts falling apart!! 🙁 Yours are perfect. I will follow your recipe next time and see if I have better luck! Lol! Thank You for sharing…
Hi Cathy, try using parchment paper in your pan when baking any goodies ( you will still use cooking spray etc.)Leave an over hang about 2 inches on each side. When you remove your baked goodies from the oven. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes then grab both sides of the parchment paper and carefully lift onto your serving plate or cooling rack, letting the parchment edges hang down. Let cool fully before cutting, I know they are hard to resist but they are worth the wait. Then cut into pieces. Hugs
Great recipes!
