Happy Valentines Day
Happy Valentines Day! I hope you don’t mind, I’d like to start today’s post with a public declaration of my love to my amazing hubby. You are my best friend and the one person I most love to spend time with. There isn’t a day that goes by that I’m not proud to be your wife. I have been having a bit of, a very crazy, busy, week and it’s only Wednesday. But, I’m never to busy to spread a little love around and today is a great day to mention how blessed and grateful I am to have you all as my bloggy valentine.
There has been a very subtle, ever so slight, shift here at my corner of blogland. A few have noticed, than you for your kind notes. I began transitioning from a DIY magazine style blog to a more personal online journal near the end of last year. You will still find recipes, DIY, giveaways and of course TFT. It is my intention to continue to make Katherines Corner your happy place and to encourage and inspire through writing and sharing with you. In exchange I get the joy of your bloggy friendship, your hug filled comments and your all around awesomeness in my life. Score! I will always do my very best to continue to share a place of peace, encouragement and kindness. To light a candle for you when you are in the dark, to share faith and prayers and to lend a voice when one is needed.

Hope you had a great Valentine’s Day! My husband and I went on a lunch date on Tuesday while our youngest was sleeping in my arms. Yesterday, we took two out of three kids for pizza for lunch. My husband and I shared a cannoli.
