Sunday Blessings 2

Hello friends, welcome to Sunday Blessing 2. Surely you have seen this verse from the book of Joshua on signs, quilts, posters, and more. In Joshua 24:15 (NIV) it reads, “But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.” “But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the river, or the gods of the amorites, in whose land you are living. “But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.”

When Joshua says he will serve the LORD.” He also means his entire family; he speaks for himself and his house and all who dwell there. The decision to follow Jesus although it must first be a personal one, in this case it affects all those who are in his household. Joshua said, “We will serve the Lord”.
