Happy New Year 2026

Hello friends! A fresh start and renewed hope awaits us! The calendar has turned a new page and a brand new year is here. I wonder how long it’ll take me to stop writing 2025 on everything. (smile) 2026! We are ready for you!

The start of a new year always brings with it a sense of renewed hope and opportunity. It’s a time for reflection, for setting new goals, and for looking forward with optimism. We often think about resolutions. Those promises we make to ourselves to be better, do more, or change something in our lives. While resolutions can be powerful, the true heart of a new year lies in the blank slate it offers. It’s a chance to learn from the past, embrace the present, and intentionally shape the future. one.

A new year is a welcome opportunity to reflect on what truly matters. Strengthening relationships, pursuing a long-held dream, or simply finding more time for making happy memories. Lets not forget that a new year brings with it new moments of joy and peace in our daily lives too.

The Bible offers beautiful wisdom for times of new beginnings. In Lamentations 3:22-23 (NIV), we read: “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” This verse reminds us that God’s mercy and love are fresh and new each day, offering us a continuous opportunity for a fresh start, regardless of what yesterday held.

Although I tend to shy away from resolutions. I know a lot of people make resolutions and I hope you meet your goals with a smile every time you celebrate each achievement.

So, as you step into 2026, embrace the “newness.” Let go of what no longer serves you and open your heart to the possibilities that a new year will bring. (smile)
