I have always enjoyed cooking and creating recipes and I encourage my grandchildren to cook with me too. Cooking a nice meal is becoming a lost art with so many needing something quick. Some Simple substitutions for migraine sufferers are instead of lemon/lime zest /juice use half measurement of distilled white vinegar ( example 1 tsp. lemon juice = 1/2 tsp. distilled white vinegar)
for onion- use leeks,spring onion or green onion ( equal measurements)
omit dried fruits
