Welcome to my recipe section. I have always enjoyed cooking and I encourage my grandchildren to cook with me. Cooking a nice meal is becoming a lost art. My husband told me he fell madly in love with me after I cooked him his first meal. I guess there’s a bit of truth to the old saying, ” the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach”.

I can’t wait to try an infused olive oil recipe! It’s something that I have been wanting to try and just never get around to it!

I love your pictures. I need an apron like that. I love infused olive oil. I will check out the recipes. I very seldom cook anymore but I love to read recipes and watch cooking shows. I hope you have a great week. Doylene

The aprons are great! My grandmother had a drawer full of them, and I remember it being a big deal to open it up and select the one I was going to help cook in. She used to let me help her sew them sometimes too…if she let me push the foot pedal, I was over the moon.
In an earlier reply to a recipe you put up, I noted that at my ripe old…I mean, very young age of 42, I still have never tried eggplant. You recipe looked good enough to give it a go, but I haven’t been able to make it yet. Now I see the Eggplant (or Zucchini) Fries, and I am tempted yet again!
