Make It Monday week 101-

Welcome to another fabulous Make It Monday, can you believe it, we passed the 100 mark! It’s Memorial day here in the US and before I go any further into today’s post. I hope you will join me in a moment of prayer and remembrance. Memorial Day is often for more than the soldier, but also for all who the soldier loves and all that love the soldier. Today my Mother will leave a single rose at the Tahoma National Cemetery, a small bud vase rests outside of  a niche in a columbarium that holds the ashes of my Father. He was a decorated and valiant US Air Force soldier.  John F Kennedy said,“The cost of freedom is always high, but Americans have always paid it, and one path we shall never choose, and that is the path of surrender or submission.”

I potted what was left of the flowers after the hail storm. Hubby went fishing and we both ate wayyyy too much.  We enjoyed some of our favorite Anniversary Ribs. Did you miss anything at Katherines Corner last week? Red nose day?
