You all know I have a running theme regarding picnics last month. So when the fine people at Savisto asked me to review their Luxury 2 Person Wicker Picnic Basket, I felt it was truly serendipitous, and I am happily sharing the review with you here at the Thursday Favorite Things 245 link party.
The Savisto luxury picnic basket is made for two and you know Hubby and I (and of course, Izzy) love spontaneity, so this works well for our “grab and go adventures”. The basket is attractive and the attention to detail is evident in the construction. There are two insulted bags inside to keep everything cool (ice packs are not included) and an insulated wine (or water bottle) carrier with a comfortable strap included. The basket I received for review has 2 reusable ceramic plates, little stainless steel salt and pepper shakers, a set of two stainless steel eating utensils ( 2 knives, 2 forks,2 spoons) and a muti-use gadget complete with cork screw. The product description includes 2 wine glasses. But, unfortunately they were not inside my basket. There is a 2 year manufacturer’s guarantee on this lovely picnic basket and I do think that proves they are proud of their products. So, whether we are sitting by the lake waiting for a fish to bite, under a big oak tree, or having a late night picnic under the stars, we are ready with our luxury wicker picnic basket from Savisto. I love this picnic basket. My daughter got married last October, and one of the gifts my husband and I gave them was a picnic basket like this. We filled it with a bottle of wine, some roasted nuts, and some chocolates. They enjoyed using it on their honeymoon.
