Eat Your Veggies
Eat Your Veggies
I love veggies, we eat plenty of fruits and veggies at our house. When I was younger I only ate veggies. Now I eat chicken, fish and a little pork too. I still very rarely eat any red meat. I think it will be easy for you to eat your veggies with some of the fantastic vegetable recipes shared at the Thursday Favorite Things blog hop last week. I hope you will enjoy adding some of these vegetable recipes to your meal plan this week. You can always find wonderful recipes of all kinds shared every week at the Thursday Favorite Things blog hop. Add these easy to make vegetable recipes to your menu planning. It is important to eat fresh fruits and vegetables every day. Before we begin, today we celebrate the civil rights leader, Martin Luther King Jr. I ask you to please take a moment and join me in prayer .

Our heavenly Father, Your power brings us to birth, Your providence guides our lives. We pray in hope for our humanity, that we all recognize the truth in our hearts and minds and proudly continue to honor this man and all his works. We pray you will continue to provide strength and courage to rejoice in all lives as equal. We pray Mr. King is remembered for his diligence, strength and courage. We pray that all people are seen as one. As family. Brought together to stand side by side with each other. Mr. King died and now lives, in Your heavenly abode. Wipe our tears as we stand strong in the knowledge that we are one people under heaven. We pray these things in Your name. Amen.

Broccoli Tofu – I’d eat that.
We eat a lot of vegetables and fruit at our house. (And I don’t eat red meat either.) We’ve learned how to make dishes without meat that are just as good if not better.
Beautiful prayer and most definitely joined you here for that, as well as all the awesome veggie recipes. Thanks Katie and wishing you a lovely Monday now xoxo <3
